Affecting Other - DFW1
We have confirmed a bad AntiVirus update on the DFW Firewall cluster has caused all traffic to stop passing
Update 1. Remote hands has power cycled the cluster. This did not resolve the issue. We have engineers in route to the data center.
Update 2. An engineer should arrive at the data center at 1530. A FortiNet specialist should arrive at 1700.
Final. A failed AntiVirus update caused the active firewall to reboot. When the failover firewall took over, the LACP ports did not reconnect. Engineers reconfigured the switches and the network came up. All services should be restored.
